The main reason I purchased a Lexus and also had my daughter buy one when she was looking for a new car was for the Lexus Service Department. This was my first time having Chris Mendoza as my service advisor and he didn’t disappoint. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I recognize Chris Mendoza is a newer service advisor but one would never have known it, he was very well trained. He made me confident that my car was well cared for.
My service experience was very positive and mostly in part to your service advisor, Christopher Mendoza.
