Very bad checking in process. It took 30 minutes to check in the car before seeing the service advisor. Escalation to the manger Todd. His altitude is elegant and difficult to work with. Then, after the escalation to Scott, he is more professional to work with. Been your customer in past 20 years, just shocking to see the service is getting worse. Might be the time to try other dealership.

Kyle was wonderful but the entire system of checking in was very unsatisfactory. I had a 9am appt but had to wait in a long line until someone was available. It use to be that my name and appt was on a screen and I would be greeted and escorted inside When a service person was available I’d be escorted into an office. This current system appears very disorganized and felt like I was randomly assisted. I’d waited 2 weeks for an available appt so I expected better service. Once Kyle came into the picture things ran smoothly. Go back to your old method of checking in clients. Thanks

I? don’t have a problem with Joshua, he’s a great advisor.
But I? do have a problem with the guys that brought out the car.
I? pick-up my car, and it was very dirty, so I? ask them to wash it, and end up waiting for almost 30 Mins. I? was late for work! First time that happen since I? have been a LEXUS customer 2007.
