Arrived to pick up my car and told it was being washed. Waited 10 minutes inside and then went outside to wait. Waited for an additional 20 minutes outside and the was told it would be right there. Waited another 5-10 minutes. Told it had been blocked in and the keys to the other car couldn’t be found. It seems every service appointment has had a delay dropping off or picking up. Do not look forward to having my car serviced as a result of this. People in service always apologetic and nice. Think the service area is too small for the number of customers you have.

After I picked by shuttle, I waited there for more than 1 hour because they can't find my car. End up, they're still washing it, if this is the case, I could have one couple hours later, instead wasting over 1 hour just sitting there.
