- I wasn’t kept posted on the status of the car. I always had to make the first call.
- I had to call a few times to find out where things were
- I wasn’t aware of my Total bill until I paid for it at the cashier
- I assumed that mike will be there when I picked up my car. It would have been helpful for me to know that he wasn’t part of the “late” shift - which I found when I came at the cashier
- he was suppose to show me the damaged sensor that was replaced - but that didn’t happen
- didn’t feel like I was dealing with Lexus - had heard a lot about Lexus service - Unfortunately- found it no different than other dealers.

Frank was very understanding of my concerns regarding my brakes after I had just spend a lot of money replacing major components. So my follow visit was a result of new squeaky noises. Frank was so reassuring and accommodating. I got a loaner car and later that day had my car back with no charge! No that is great customer service! That’s what I hope for and definitely received.
