My rear tire had a deep gush. The advisor did not take the time to ask me if I were preferred to replace my tire. Instead I was told things are ok for now. I was shocked to see gush after drove home. After leaving 2 voicemails and emails, I didn't receive any follow up from Frank Moreno. I always like Lexus brand because of service. This is a major disappointment.

Carlos was great. I have however encountered a problem with the workmanship quality as I have had to return my vehicle with additional repair service. This dissapointing that after paying $3k for a full 90k service, I need to return the car.
