It would be helpful to know in the future what maintanence for your car consists of. Due to Carlos’ explaination of maintanence (fluids checked or oil changed), it was unclear that maintanence also meant running a diagnostic test to reset the airbag light. I brought my car in for an airbag recall and was under the impression that the airbag light on my car would be cleared. After communicating this, I was told that since I declined maintanence they wouldn’t be able to clear the code. As I asked a follow up question, he told me that a running a diagnostic was included in maintanence and would be another fee. Better communication in the future would be greatly appreciated.
