Chris was great /- but I had a 10:20 appointment and didn’t drive out of Lexus until after 4:00!! I also waited more than an hour before a loaner car was available - and only then because I accepted the small hybrid (which was ok). The employees who helped me were all very kind and attentive. But, my two hour service turned into more than 5!!! Too many appointments? Not enough loaner cars?! I wasn’t really planning on spending all day dealing with my car! But, I’m happy to have it checked out and cleaned.
