Gary was awesome. He wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive and got the recall fixed for the passenger airbag. I was worried my car would take long bc I needed to meet my parents for lunch, but he took care of me and gave me a courtesy car to drive, which was really nice. I got to drive my parents around in it. Overall, the people at your place are awesome. Your attention to small details is great. Remembering my concerns and adddessing them, showing me key features of the courtesy car which is quite different from the one I drive usually, and overall ambiance and facilities. It took 20 minutes for me to be seen for my 2pm appt. I don't understand why you take timed appointments if you don't honor them. Then I was told service would take longer than I was told. It was over 3 1/2 hrs total, not 2. I'm completely unimpressed with Lexus service thus far. I had to call tommy at 2 1/2 hours and he didn't call me back for quite a while. I would expect with such a luxury car that I should have far superior service.
