I was disappointed that my car interior wasn’t properly cleaned.
I had to take out the mat in the trunk and clean it (just flapped it) myself, not to mention the rest of the interior of the car.
And this is not the first time, I definitely noticed that you guys are getting sloppier with the car washing at the end.

Everything was great. I'd recommend training your appointment setters so that they can give an estimate of the minimum duration of service. I wasn't warned ahead of time that my 30,000-mile checkup would require 3.5-4 hours.
