I was told by Todd Rebhan that my GPS updating would take about 20 minutes. When I met with Michael Babcock, he told me because of scheduling, the updating would take 2 hours, to which I agreed to and so I waited in the mezzanine. It took four and a half hours for me to get my car back. Had I known at the outset that it was gong to take so long, I would have taken a loaner car and returned at the end of the day.

Frank is one of the best, his customer skills are exemplary. I am really pleased with his customer skills.
The only issue I had was after service was done and I was waiting to pick up my vehicle. There was no one to help me for a long time, and I had to wait almost 15 minutes to pick up the vehicle, even though the service was done long time ago.

It would have been nice after waiting over 3 hours for a standard maintenance to be informed of the status. It was a little irritating to see other customers that arrived after me come and go. I arrived at 1:59 pm and FINALLY got I my car at 5:15 pm
I was told there was a back up of vehicles in the washing area. To avoid the hour wait I would have washed the car myself!
Other than that Mr. Justice was cordial, courteous and seem to have all the right answers ready to offer
As a suggestion it would have been nice for even the floor staff to acknowledge I’ve been sitting & waiting for quite a while.
I think everyone plays a part in excellent customer service!
