Chris is the best service consultant I’ve had in the 10+ years I’ve been bringing my cars there. He’s friendly, helpful and responsive. He helped me as soon as I arrived and returned my call when I had questions. He also went immediately to my car to look for my phone when I realized I left it there. His level of service is top notch. And the new system where I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a consultant was wonderful!

I mentioned our squeaky brakes and I was told the technician couldn’t hear the sound. I hear it every time I brake which tells me the technician didn’t even check the brakes. So disappointed after being a customer for over 15 years.

Tony is fabulous, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He explains things well and thinks things through. He also checked in with me to remind me that the service department was closing at 4. I forgot and was just about to drive from Santa Cruz and you would have been closed. He saved me 2 hours of driving. I am very happy with Tony.
