The problem with my car was fixed properly. Marshal and Tony did a good job. Thanks to them.
However, once again the related department forgot to wash and clean the car after repairing the car problem. I understand the repair can make the car dirt or messy but I don’t understand why it happened over again that they didn’t clean the car. Hope this will not happen to your other customers and hurt the name of this cmservice center. Thanks.

They said our Cilijet service would take 4-6 hours. Our car is still at the service department. the carpets in our car are still wet after a day and a half there. We are very unhappy about how our first service appointment has gone. We spent $900 to do the Cilijet and now we are afraid we are going to have mildewed carpets in our brand new car. We have made two trips to pick up our car because Chet said the car was ready and had to come back home across town after showing them that the carpets are still wet.
