Uber was not called when promised and I was late for an appointment. I tried calling for a pick up and the line was disconnected several times. Took me over an hour to ge back to repair center. First time in all the years I’ve been disappointed in the service and dealership. Would go elsewhere but bought the service contract! Short on people and service.
