If it wasn't because of Frank Moreno, I will not come back have my car service here. The reason being I arrived 10 mins before my appointment. I was waiting for someone to greet me or acknowledge that I'm there. Instead I ask to see if I can get a number to get service because I saw car in front of me and back have it but I didn't. Just then I realized they didn't know I'm there for my car service. I remember Frank whom gave me and outstanding services my last appointment. I went inside look for him to see if he is able to help me. He was able to help me and go extra miles for his customer. I appreciate his help and will continued to go back if only Frank there.
