I arrived at your service line 6:50am, He shortly showed on time (7:00am). Actually you had support people there, before me, which was very nice. Tommy arranged a driver, who was very familiar with Cupertino traffic at office hour, and managed to arrive my home just in time to meet my home remodeling person (8:00 am). Two hour later, I was called my 10K service was done, as Tommy promised. Shortly after, I was picked up returning to your service center, with a cleaned car, like new. What a service you provided.
