I always have a problem with this service center, since the very first time I brought my Lexus here. Every time it’s something different that’s a problem. This time I was told the service would take about an hour and a half or 2 hours max(especially since I delivered my car early at 8:30am).I did not get my car back until about 8 hours later. I know time isn’t a huge issue to your employees, but this heavily effected my work day and created a huge problem for me. The people that work here need to be honest with the customers and not sugar coat things, everyone I have dealt with at this service center has never been upfront or professional with me. If I could go to a different service center I would every time. This place always gets ONE star from me. Such a shame no one is competent here. You really don’t care about the customer. The only reason you in business is because you are the only service center in the area, forcing people to have to choose you..

We had a bad experience with Joshua Justice on 12/16/2017. The following was the summary of our experience:
1. My wife and I dropped off the vehicle @8:40 am for diagnosing cross traffic alert. Josh put down 3 pm as the pick up time. As we never had such late pick up time, we requested for an earlier pick up time. But Josh gave us an excuse that he would not know on how long it would take as it might be related to electrical. We later found out that it only took less than 30 min for an initial diagnosis.
2. I called Josh at 11 am as to follow up the progress. We waited for 2 hours, and Josh did not return our call. So we called him at 1 pm. Then I got a miss call from him at 1:37 pm. After a couple of phone tag, we were able to connect @1:42 pm.
3. When he spoke to us @ 1:42 pm, he spoke to us in a condescending and arrogant way. When we asked him on why he did not call us back, he said that he had 30 cars that day, and he did not have time to call us every hour. We did not expect him to call us every hour. We just would like to know the status of our vehicle. At one point, he said, "If you guys know what the problem is, tell us and we will fix it”. Later, he asked if we wanted to take the car and to bring it back in another time.
In all, we've never had experience in any dealership. Josh is rude and unprofessional. He should never raise his voice to us. Please contact me via email at or call me at ****-****-xxxx on this.

I spoke with James beforeI went to pick up my car about 1:30. I specifically told him that I was very busy at work ant that I really needed to be in and out of the shop ASAP. When I got there it took me approximately 10 minutes to return my loaner and pay my bill, which was fine. I was then told to go outside and ask the valet for my keys so I could quickly return to work . But!! He went into James office and couldn't find my keys. They processed to search everywhere possible about 20 minutes later the valet comes out and says he found the keys in James office somewhere where they normally wouldn't be. So, being in a hurry I told this person to have James call me.but, I never got a call!! So I would say I wasn't please about that part of my service experience
