I indicated that I wanted to pick up the car as early as possible to miss the traffic, and requested 1:30. Midday, I was informed my car would be ready at 2:00 so i headed in. Frank called me at 1:57 to advise that it would be late -- way to late a call to change my plans as i arrived at around 2:05. i then had to wait until approx 3:00 for my car. The car was very wet when delivered so frank helped to dry it. While I appreciate the car being washed, once I was in the car i realized the rush job resulted in a very streaky windshield, hard to see out of during certain times of the day. All in all not the great experience that I expected.
