I was contacted at 11:00, that my car was finished and ready for pick up. I tried several times to reach somebody but was unsuccessful. I was finally picked up at 12:30. I guess there was a mixup in in communication with the repair shop and the service rep.

My thoughts have been shared with customer service. Miscommunicatiion between all employees from the very start. I was promised different things throughout the process and nearly all promises were later broken by other team members. I was spoken to rudely and with raised voices when I brought up my concerns. U was majorly inconvenienced throughout the entire process. Especially considering the fact that my car is being recalled for an indefinite period of time due to faulty manufacturing on Lexus' part, I was far from taken care of and I was treated with disrespect without a single apology given. Kyle and his manager made no attempt to work to resolve my concerns and instead told me there was nothing they could do. They brushed me off and told me to call customer service and advised that I continue to drive my vehicle which, according to the recall letter, was unsafe to drive and had an increased chance of crashing. I was told there was nothing that could be done about any of my concerns even though, magically, half of my "unaddressable" concerns were addressed by the last manager I worked with, sho, by the way, was a really nice guy. So, basically, I was being given the run around for two days and advised to put my life at risk so your company could attempt to save an extra buck. Absolutely unprofessional. I've never driven anything but a Lexus, but this experience alone was enough to commit to never supporting this business again. After my first visit I was completely unsatisfied with the service. My car got scratched and the other service person (Rasmen) was rude and unhelpful. Excellent service! Ramsin is has excellent customer service. The parts came late but I was informed and rental really helps. I’m happy customer, my wife and I own two Lexus and planning to purchase another one sometime next year.
