Was told my car would be done around 11:30. I waited in lounge. Other people were getting called. At noon I went to desk to check if it was done. A woman went and got my paperwork, asked me to sign in 3 places and told me to wait in front for my car. 1). No one told me car was done 2) no one went over paperwork with me. I had requested the privacy screen in the back be looked at. I looked at paperwork when I got home and there was a note that the damage was my fault and an estimate of $400+ to have it repaired
