Lexus corporate response to my vehicle issue is still something that has to really improve as the representative I am talking to does not seem to understand the problem and Lexus brand value.

Everything was great. Only one challenge - location seems to need more staff.
Wait in the morning was long and also in the evening it took a long time to retrieve my car as there was only one attendant taking care of fetching all cars.

After the air bag recall service, the hazard flashing light is automatically turned on and cannot be turned off ; when I brought the car back for repair then the back up camera stopped working so we have 2 issues came up after the recall service. I have to leave town for my vacation For the next 3 weeks. I will bring the car back for the repair when I return from my vacation and I hope the problems can be diagnosed and fixed . The car has never had any problem since I bought it new in 2007 .

I was very happy with the service provided by Nathan Chavez. He has been my service advisor in the past and has always done an excellent job of giving me an estimate of when my car will be ready and keeping me informed if something comes up and the estimate changes. In this case nothing came up and the car was ready on time.
The part of my experience that I am unhappy about is I had to wait 25 minutes from the time I arrived until I saw a service advisor. My appointment was at 9:20 AM on Friday, Feb 16. I arrived at the time of my appointment and the line of cars went to the street. When asked which service advisor I preferred, I said any one that is available would be okay.
It wasn't until 9:45 that I was greeted by a service advisor. People who arrive on time for their appointment should not have to wait that long to get a service advisor.

Marshall was very professional and helpful. My only complaint (nothing to do with Marshall!) is that I had not been told, when scheduling my recall appt, that it was going to require several hrs. I very much appreciate the use of a loaner car. The enterprise representative was helpful, as was the ‘number’ fellow I’d initially met and the woman who provided my paperwork at the end of process.
