Paymon has been consulting and assisting me with my SC430 and LC500. I trust him with complete confidence. In fact, he was the individual who recommended me to acquire my LC. I do have a few serious observations with your your operation at 300 Martin. Your current new arrangement of having the seevice consultant, e.g. Paymon, to act as velat greeting clients is so confusing and unproductive. In addition, the car pickup procedure having to meet my car at the drop off area is another resiculous ide. That area became so traffic jam, another confusing process. Please reverse all these unproductive modifications back to the previous way of business process. Thank you.
