Duncan, James and Marshall and the woman at the service desk with dark shoulder length hair parted in the middle were all perfect. They were helpful, communicative and they all took the extra step that separates good from excellent.

It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to drop off a car for routine service when one has an appt. Why do we always have to talk to an “advisor”? And when I came back to pick it up it was the same...even though the car had been ready for hours, it still took 30 minutes before I was driving away. And why all the paperwork....you should offer an option of no paper and just electronic copies....pages and pages of worthless paper on both ends. It is annoying. When I had a Honda or Jaguar it was near so complicated to get routine service.
