I had the great opportunity to meet a very pleasant and knowledgeable service advisor Kyle Anderson who was a pleasure to work with. Since I live in Tracy which is about an hour and a half away from your service center, which is a total of 3 Hour Dr. back and forth but well worth it. Kyle Anderson is great and I will be back again for my maintenance in about two months and request him again. Your organization with People like Kyle make it a pleasant experience.

I love the elimination of the step where you give the car to the valet and then go inside and wait for the service rep. The old system bothered me so much I was sure my next car would not be Lexus so bravo to the change

Ive mentioned that my car driver side door gets stuck on several previous service occasions. It has never been fixed since problem has not beem reproduced. Just this weekend it happened again. The door actuator has a problem, why wont lexus fix this? I feel like this is a warranty issue. I took a picture of it stuck again in the middle position.
Also i was told my warranty has expired this service appointment in january. I bought the car 3/2/14. Why has it expired? Its at 42000 miles, not 50000 miles.
My occasional rough idle was diagnosed to possible loose battery. Could it also be carbon build up issue that is common in forum or firmware software needs an update?
Feels like lexus is trying to avoid any kind of fix of possible warranty issue. Very disappointed currently.

I was a little concerned about the problem with my car. However, from the second Paymon came and greeted me upon arriving, I felt comfortable. It was about one of the most pleasant service experiences I have ever had. He reassured me that everything will be taken care of and that I would not have to worry about a thing. If I had to do it all over again, I would not hesitate a second.
