I was satisfied with the service itself, but it would have been a better experience if Joshua not been so wrapped up in taking notes and pictures of my car and instead had made eye contact with me and actually listened to me when I dropped off the car. It made me feel as though I (the customer) was only "secondarily" important to him filling out a form.
