When I went to pick up my car after the service, the front desk was not able to review nor explain what was done and what upcoming services I will need to complete. I had to ask to speak to an advisor to review my service. In addition, my car was poorly washed. Water spots on driver side mirror and dirty windshield. Detailing made car dirtier than when I brought it in.
