My service advisor Gary was great. The fact is I waited for almost 2 hours to find out the service couldn’t be done because the part was not in stock. I then waited another 40 minutes for my car to be washed and returned. A total of 2.5 hours wasted, that I did t have. Worst experience in my 12+ years of coming there

Nathan Chavez was extremely curteous and helpful. My car has had issues since it hit 67k miles and the engine had to be rebuilt. Nathan did not know the details of this bad experience but understood and worked with me to check the car at no charge. While I have had apprehensions about why my car has had such serious issues the service team and service process has been fantastic even better than Mercedes's. I would purchase another Lexus and recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I've had two disappointing Lexus service appointments in a row. I didn't comment last time because I thought it must have been a fluke but now I realize that there is a persistent problem.
From the moment I arrived to the moment I left with a loaner took 1 hour. This is too long and very frustrating. Each step was unorganized and slow. I missed most of my ****'s day breakfast with my wife due to the unexpected inefficiencies in the process despite arriving early to my appointment.
Most of the time I was standing around waiting despite there being a huge row of available loaners outside. The employees looked busy but extremely inefficient and uninterested in getting the customers on there way sooner.
I hope you take this feedback as constructive. If the drop-off times continue to be this long, service appointments will become unavoidable burdens to dread.
