Carlos is great! He was very thorough with explaining every question I had and took the time to answer all my questions. I know nothing about cars and he made me feel at ease just buy showing me in pictures exactly what damages are in my car and what exactly I had to deal with. Aside from carlos’s excellent customer service, I have to say that the girl from the front desk needs to learn more from Carlos. I disliked her attitude with me when it was time for me to pick up my car. Her customer service skill is not up to par with Lexus standards. She was basically throwing pens into the pen holder while I was waiting to sign papers. I expect more professionalism from someone who manages front of the line customer experience. Otherwise, thank you Lexus!
