I left Frank a voicemail message and he didn’t get back to me. I called the number for appointments so that they can send a shuttle to pick me up. When I picked up my car I asked to speak with Frank but he wasn’t around. One of the other service advisors helped me with my questions. Maybe Frank was at lunch.

I got a call stating my car is ready so I came. I waited for a long time for my key and was finally told that they don’t know where the key is. I had a meeting I needed to go to but I could not make it in time. I also requested that my car gets delivered to my house by 9 am next day. Not only that didn’t happen, but nobody bothered to call me.
