Gagandeep was great, best experience with lexus service ever. He made sure to thoroughly answer any questions or concerns I had and was professional, cordial, and expeduent throughout the process.
Unlike employees at lexus carlsbad, he didn’t try to waste my time, sell me unnecessary services, or try any of the tricks lexus carlsbad’s manager abd staff tried, and got away with.
When there was an issue with the shuttle desk and shuttle driver he handled the situation very quickly.
