Service manager Todd Rebhan and others went above and beyond to help us get a replacement key when my daughter had her car key stolen on a Saturday afternoon in San Francisco. We had to have the car towed to the Lexus of Stevens Creek service center because the Lexus of Serramonte closed at 4pm on Saturday and they expressed no interest in helping my stranded teenage daughter. We were very grateful for the help at Lexus of Stevens Creek and have been very impressed with the high level of the service. We had to return a second time, working with Adrian, to program the chip on the key since the Lexus server had been shut down for the night when we were cutting the key. This was not a problem. Many thanks for the fine assistance.
