I do not blame Ramsin. I think he honed tried to satisfy me. This is the first time in 15 years of driving Lexus vehicles that I am disappointed. Ramsin had me call the tire warranty place. The tire warranty place had me call Bridgestone. Bridgestone took no responsibility, blaming the tire warranty company. No one took ownership for the defective tire. I actually had to contact an attorney today. That is unfortunate but I cannot let this injustice pass. Again, I don’t blame Ramsin. I have come to expect better from Lexus.
