Just a suggestion, Adrian. When the customer hands the vehicle key to the attendant, if there are keys attached, ask them to remove the keys from the vehicle to be serviced. Many people put their house key on the Lexus key fob (as I did) and when they get home they find they are locked out of their house. Luckily I had a hidden the key to use. I couldn’t open the garage either, without the remote. Maybe they should take their remote with them also to garage the provided vehicle. Thanks for your help.
