It took 31/2 hours just to service 20,000 miles service , though I had told the sales person I had an appointment later and to rush it . Everyone who came same time as me had gone way before me and more came and went and my car car was still not serviced . Very disappointed. Sarita

There was a lot of miscommunication. The check in went smoothly. I asked approximate length of service. I was told 21/2 hour. It was 10 am. I said that it should be done by 2 so I could miss commute traffic returning home. 2 pm was noted on my paperwork. So at 1 pm I called to check on progress. Adrian was unaware that work had not even started. I was called at 3:45 and told my car was done and shuttle was to be sent. We arrived at dealership at approximately 4:45. We then had to wait another 45 minutes for my car as it had not been washed waiting for car to be washed. Not your usual good service. No apology for any of the delays

I appreciate that you shared your thoughts about which service to perform as I was between mileage. Additionally, it was very convenient to have access to the loaner car. I realized that your company-wide meeting did throw the timing for everything off for the da;, but, for future reference, it would have been helpful to have gotten a call informing me there would be a delay in the time my car would be ready. The sooner you could let me know the better as I scheduled my afternoon around getting back to your shop during rush hour.

I LOVE MY Lexus Steven's Creek, BUT Ive never felt so invisible and ignored in my life. Rushed me through some paperwork and never made eye contact. I specifically brought my Lexus in for a CVC.. bad axel..bad motor mounts. One or the other was making my car shake. I already had it diagnosed by a really good mechanic. Also THE CHECK ENGINE light on.THOUGHT it was the "Gas Cap" nope..Isaid its probably "Air ss Flow. I already had those codes too. Written down on paper..he refused to listen and/or be interested in hat I had to say. I know my car. Yeah some of us females know a thing or two. He said those codes don't mean nothing. "Let the mechanics here worry about that". Whaaat?!! Blew me off. Then got up and walked out the office. Hello??! Should I follow you? I kept telling him , The Motor Mounts need to be looked at. I even called the next day,to make sure to get those looked at..he replied " You've already spent too much money for the stuff that's been done" WTF?!! I called him at least 4 times mentioned M.M..he called and said something, couldn't understand him. Then I get a text to "pick up your car" it's ready. I called him 2 more times..no response. When I got there..guess what the paperwork said?? You have crack in axel area and steering wheel makes slight sounds when turning. Advise to have it fixed. WHAT THE WHAT !!??? ARE YOU SERIOUS?? BUT to the rescue was Frank Moreno and some positive words from Tony Machado. The sweet young lady behind the counter, bless her heart,who went and found the "big guns" for me all these are my Angels.I had driven an Hour and a half to have my car fixed. It's worth it. BUT.I almost was gonna quit coming there and let all my colleagues know of the absolute nonsense James put me through. But my three Angels saved the day and kept their customer. But now I'm scared to look at the bill. James said it was gonna be too much money for me or pay oh really? ...it's okay..I'll figure out something.I'll borrowsome cash. Please, don't let one bad apple stain your great reputaions.
