I came to fix a rattle. The team did not fix it. At 2 they texted to give up until tomorrow because they did not hear it though I sent an audio proving it. Why not work on it the rest of the day?
The smiling guy who drove my car up to pick up drove it up with the rattle going and ignored it and it rattled at every stop on the way home.
The mechanics are too busy to care and have no interest in troubleshooting a problem that is not routine.
My trip was a waste and now I must still go to a private mechanic who may be interested in doing the repair instead of pretending it is not there
