Service was good. Tommy was polite & respectful. I would suggest to improve customer satisfaction with promptly responding to customer voice mail & text message if he has a chance.

Unfortunately the issue with the hybrid battery still exists.following the inspection when leaving the facility again the lights flickered numberouse times throughout my evening drive . Having been informed that they’ve battery charges in park and when at a standstill while in drive mode I payed close attention to the display that indicates charging. Unfortunately when in drive mode and at a stand still the display showed nothing was being charged . I also re tried placing the vehicle in park and placing my foot on the gas peddle to engage the rpm to move and again with my foot to the floor the rpm odometer did not move . A slight noise difference was heard as if the engine was attempting to rev however no movement to rpm gauge . Also when powering down the vehicle and walking away from the car a loud noise is omitted . I’ve attempted numerous times to record this noise however have not been successful .the noise sounds similar to a backfire of some sort but exhaled deeply . Again theses have been consistent issues /concerns wIt’s the performance and battery of the vehicle . I appreciate your inquiry on my concerns best regards Crystal G

Saini did his best to root cause after Jake confirmed the whistling sound. They cleaned the sunroof area and took the car on several tests and could no longer hear the whistling sound. Missed Chet! Dont feel it is helpful to have the advisor tell the customer what is wrong w the vehicle prior to the technicians assessing or doing diagnostics. Orto be told that uatomer will be charged per hour even though we purchased & have the extended coverage on our car!
