The check in was great and melissa was professional, friendly and explained everything that was going to be done. However, melissa came over and told me my car was in car walk and it would be 10 mins. It ended up being almost 40 minutes and luckily 2 other staff saw me and helped me get my car. Might be something to look into in terms of communication between car wash and service rep. Overall though service at the service center was great and I definitely plan to come back.
