When I made the appointment online it would have been nice to understand how long the appointment was going to take. This was my first time visiting the service center for my 5,000 appointment; however the appointment email said nothing about pulling up in a line, how long the appointment would be, what would be done, etc. I was also told when I purchased that during this first appointment I would receive any technical assistance needed using the car's features...that didn't happen either.
