First of all, James did an outstanding job as advisor. His professionalism is absolutely perfect! The problem is your technician. One of the items on the work order list was tire rotation. And in the final receipt also checked that was done. But in fact, they didn't do it!!! Therefore, I have lost all my confidence with your service. Because I don't know what else they didn't do but checked off. Now my car runs much poorly and at a much higher RPM than before I brought it in for service. Unfortunately, I don't trust your tech to work on my car anymore. Because this action was not just unprofessional but it is down right unethical! How can you expect anyone to trust your service?

I do not appreciate the inaccurate assessment of my break. It was only 2 months since my last maintenance spending $1,500. It is unlikely to go from a 6 to a 3 and the sensor didn’t go on. I believe someone did not do there job accordingly. This is the first that I’ve ever experience unreliability in service. Now I really question ALL the maintenance being done.
