I was given different information as to the charges that were made. The issue was a battery problem that was supposed to be prorated, however, instead I was charged for a positive battery terminal, which I was told was under warranty.
What I paid for is different than what I was told.

I just didn’t feel like I was a top priority as a customer, esp with a car in distress, lack of effective comms keeping me updated, etc. You should think of yourself as a doctor with better “bedside manner” guiding an anxious & nervous patient. I expected way more from Lexus. (However, kudos to Evan who helped me very kindly & professionally when I came to get my car - he’s great!)
