Steve helped me and answered all of my concerns. A gentleman by the name of Dave (I think) helped carry my baby’s car seat to the car which was very nice of him. Rasmin is great but the Lexus service team really did a horrible job. Still not completed which is weird because I had just got a loaner for the third time. Missing bolts, sensor not replaced properly, bumper flying loose on freeway. Lexus is very lucky that did not cause an accident on 87. Missing parys off new bumper. Terrible communication between Lexus employees and to the customer. This is by far the worst repair service I have seen in my life.
I hope you take a good review of this and make sure no other Lexus customers go through this again. In the past always pleased with Lexus service.
