The squeak thing when starting the car on hot days is a deep concern to me. I was disappointed it was not addressed, as now I have to take the time to bring it back (which I need to do personally so I can drive the loaner, vs my daughter’s beater)... Hoping it was lost in translation?

I know you guys are busy with the safety recalls, but the whole process was a mess. Originally was told (over the phone) that repair would take ~2 hours and that there would be a complimentary inspection. When I went to drop it off, I was told inspection was $40 and repair would take the whole day. I took more than one hour to drop off the car and get (a poor quality) rental. When I went to pick up the car, it took ~30 minutes just to get my car.
Not satisfied with the service. Why should I get my regular things checked with you guys when other people will do it more efficiently?
