I waited over 30 minutes for an initial Shuttke to take me 4 miles. Then, i ended up being given an Uber. The Uber ride instead of the Shuttle is fine. But why did I wait over 30 minutes initially when I could have just been given the Uber from the start and not had to wait?

James Luong came and told me my car is ready and just need to be washed. I paid for the service and ended up waiting for an hour outside for my car. The attendants kept on telling me it will be ready. Other customers that came after me all got their cars except me. Something need to be done to improve this part. Other than that, everything else is fine.

My friend’s 2002 GS300 is still running as good as new because of the good service by Lexus Stevens Creek. And for that reason, I promised myself I will buy an affordable Lexus for my own and have it serviced by Lexus Stevens Creek. I did that. I bought a 2007 Lexus GS350 and have it checked and serviced by Lexus Stevens Creek. Today, I got my car and felt proud. It runs good as new. Never got clear directions around getting lunch rental car or when I could pick up my car. Customer service was ok. Never asked or greeted me by name which was odd. Price of oil change was higher than last time. Why is that? It’s the same oil and the same amount of labor that goes into it. Unclear why he pushed water pump and rear brakes as there was no clear explanation. If you want to sell me a service, you might want to explain specifically why I need those services. I’m not a mind reader. 2/5 rating
