I arrived for my 10am appt and sat in my car. I was greated within 5 min and was ask if I have an appt and a service advisor, I said yes to the appt and no to a service advisor. I was informed to wait in my car and will be assured by the next available advisor. I waited in my car until Deep came out to assist me. That was around 10:20. I explained that I had the Tacata airbag recall and we proceeded to to his office. He finished doing my paperwork around 10:30 am. I informed him that I have doctors appt that I cannot miss at 11am. I ask how long it would take to get a loaner car and he said not that long. I informed him that I would need to leave soon to make my doctor appt and ask him if I could take my car instead of the loaner and just come back. My doctors appt was very important and I did not want to missed my appt. he said not to worry a lady had arrived and will be taking us to enterprise rent a car to get my loaner car. The enterprise driver was not in good mood explaining that they were so busy and that she was the only driver. She forgot keys to some of their cars and she proceeded to rant and rave the whole time we drove to enterprise. Upon arriving at the enterprise location around 10:40, I ask how long it would take to get a car and the front desk lady informed me that their were 5 people ahead of me. I even ask if they could drive me back to Lexus and by then it was almost 10:45am and I will not make my doctor appt. I was very upset for missing my doctor appt. I called Deep and yelled at him and all he can say is that he is sorry. I ask him and informed him that my doctors appt was very important and I did not want to missed the appointment that is why I ask him if I could use my car instead. I left enterprise at 11:21am. It took 40 min to get a loaner car. I expected to drop my car and get a loaner car with half an hour. It was a Takata recall and should have been quick. I ask for a loaner car when I made the appt and nothing was ready when I got to your service department. Lexus Stevens creek service has promoted customer service as number one and you guys failed. I got my car today and I saw Deep (my service advisor). He did not even acknowledge what happened or even apologize for missing my doctor appt. yesterday he even blamed eneterprise for being slow and I informed that reflection on you because you guys are using their service. This was a bad experience missing my doctors appt was not an option for me, not getting an apology after picking up my car today just shows me that you guys don’t care. No worries Yelp is a powerful media for people to know what happened. I normally do not write anything online but to be ignored and not even acknowledged about what happen is just a slap on my face.

After being completely ignored by my last service representative there at Stevens Creek it was a great pleasure to deal with deep he came through even better than the service I was Used to in the past, and I’m grateful for that,because I was about to leave the dealership because I was being ignored by the last service tech which I will write up in a review shortly
