Ramsin was great! Very accommodating and attentive to my needs. I also wanted to give a big thanks to Matt Esparza who spent about 20 minutes with me showing how to use different features of my car. I had met Matt at the new owner seminar and he was so nice to help me with different features of my car.

I didn't like it when there is no loaner car available right away. The line is also to long and I feel rushing when talk to the representative. The car wash is completed, but I still see lots of dirty spot in my car window and windshield.

I brought my 2009 RX350 in for detailing and an oil change. The car looks
brand new! I forgot to remove a number of items from the door pockets
and console. All of these were places into plastic bags to ensure nothing
