Frank was not very receptive. He called me and left a message. I returned his call twice before 5, with no response. The next morning o called and left him a message, then a urgent message. When I was calling the main line he finally called me back. When I got my bill he had not put in the discount for the food donation. I much preferred Chris Mendozas customer service to Frank's. The next time I will wait till he is working to service my car.

We had a great first experience with Lexus! Melissa **** was our customer service rep, she went way beyond the call of duty, as we forgot our cell in the car, she was able to locate the phone and have it come back. She guided us through the process professionally, always with plenty of knowledge and a smile.
