I was very happy with Frank and the work that was done. I was not happy to find out after waiting over an hour for a loaner car, that I had requested when I made my appointment on line, that I was on a waiting list because I had not phoned in for my appointment and requested the car at that time. You need to let customers know that cars cannot be requested online.
