Mike was great and took care of me in a polite and professional manner. However, he wasn't able to diagnose my horn issue while still charging for the diagnosis fee. I wouldn't have bat an eye at this had another service consultant not diagnosed the issue within seconds when I picked up my car in the evening. I found it a little disappointing that I was charged a diagnosis fee for no diagnosis when another consultant was able to diagnose the issue within the seconds. Mike was still able to help me out a lot but I was just a bit disappointed with this particular segment of the service.

The recall service was ok. But there was some issues when I pick up the car. First issue is when I pop up the hood I saw there was 2 snap on clip from the top engine’s black cover was broken and it was sitting on top of the cover. Second issue was headlights got some kind of wax chemical or something on it and I couldn’t get it off with windex glass or regular cleaner products so I have to ask someone to removed them off for me. Otherwise everything is ok for now.
