When you say a car is done it should be just that done ! Not in the vacuum line our not washed yet or not out front yet. We took our lunch to come get our car based on being told it’s done just have to wait ! Not good and not acceptable

Carlos is the consummate professional. Always pleasant to speak with and is not a pushy used car salesman type encouraging me to buy services I don’t need. He is very trustworthy and by far the best service advisor I’ve ever had at any dealership. I prefer to only deal with him when bringing in my vehicle. Lexus has excellent customer service overall. Dropped the car off at 930 on Saturday morning. Was told it should be ready by 2:39 but I’d get a call to let me know status. Never got a call. No call Monday morning. I left a voicemail for Carlos at 1:30p on Monday to check status and then received a notification that the car was ready to be picked up. Poor communication. I felt that if I never called I would never have known.
