I could not get a loaner car and check ups took more than two hours. Spent my morning there which could have been prevented if the appointment desk asked about loaner car requirement. I always got it before so never thought it won’t be available. Definitely inventory situation can be different. In that case I hoped they would at least complete the check up a bit fast so that I don’t have to wait. I requested that too. Yet my 8:20am appointment was completed after 11am. That is also after I went to check the status!
