As a long time Lexus owner (since 2006), I am very dissatisfied by the tinting service provided by Stevens Creek Lexus this time. The reason why I used Stevens Creek Lexus to tint my 2018 LEXUS GS is I believe Lexus should provide high quality service and post-sale customer service, but this tinting service was a completely disaster. The first time, we found a one-inch gap between the windows and the door panel in both driver and passenger's doors. And of course this has destroyed the quietness of this car, so I had to bring my car in the next day. To be honest, this is completely un-acceptable since I am paying premium for this tint service, second, how could Lexus install the door panel wrong? Third, did Lexus have a quality control to ensure the service was performed as required? And although it appeared fixed after my second visit, I still feel the windows not completely sealed and it is definitely worse than it was before the tint service. Instead of going for a more systematic diagnosis, after spending 3 days in S.C. Lexus, I was told the car is same as other GS, so nothing was done. I do not accept this. If the door was installed wrong at the first time, how could you be so confident that there was no other mistakes made on the weather strip? This is a lease car and I was determined to keep it after 3 years, that was the reason why I would tint this car. Unfortunately if Lexus trashes this car, I will switch to Tesla 100% for sure.

The only thing that totally bothers me about the service is that the excessive rattling inside my car is NEVER addressed. I am always told you do not hear it, yet it is 100% evident when I head back home from my service. This is the case every time I bring it in for the past 3 years. The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant.
